Cold Calling Account Executive

About the Job

We are a leading state tax consulting and services firm looking for a highly motivated dynamic Sales Professional. This position is responsible for cold calling business owners and C-Level executive across the country. You will be discussing our sales tax products and services. Your goal is to inform them about a recent US Supreme Court Case allowing states to force companies to collect tax even when they are not located in the state. You will explain what we do and sell our services or in the alternative drive them to one of our free webinars where they can learn more about the new sales tax reality.

You can be located anywhere in the USA, provided you have a quiet, structured space to work from with high speed internet. We have an open territory system and you can call anywhere in the US. There are advancement opportunities available.

This is a remote full time W2 position with a base salary of $35K-$45K to start plus commissions. First year potential is $75K-$100K Second Year potential $150K-$250K.

Experience & Aptitude Requirements:

  • Two-plus years of heavy outgoing cold calling experience.

  • The ability to make 100 plus call a day.

  • A burning desire to succeed. 

  • Must have an open mind and be able to follow direction.

  • Knowledge of sales tax is a plus but not required.

  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • We have clients all over the world, so bilingual is a plus, but not necessary.  

  • A college degree is preferred but we will make exceptions for hungry candidates. 

  • You must have a quiet place to work from and a high speed internet connection.
